When founder Vin Lee decided he wanted to create the finest cigar ever manufactured, he searched the world for an extraordinary blend and the finest wrapper. Louixs are the most expensive cigar ever produced, special occasion cigars made of fine Cuban tobacco, hand-rolled by native Cuban tobacconists, and then gently wrapped in Rosado leaf, a little known luxury tobacco grown in the shade in small plantations of Nicaragua, so rare this leaf has only recently become available for export.
